Continental Buffet
Guests help themselves from the buffet while their cooked course is being cooked
- Freshly baked home-made muffins or croissants
- seasonal fresh fruit platter
- Homemade yoghurt
- Fresh juice
- Selection of 4 cereals
- Breads for toasting
- Either stewed fruit, grilled stonefruit or fresh berries(seasonal)
- Freshly brewed coffee, selection of teas or hot chocolate

Big Kiwi Breakfast (always on menu)
- 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried freshly laid free range eggs, grilled mushroom & tomato (small version available – 1 egg and one rasher of bacon)
Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon
- 2 free range scrambled eggs with smoked salmon
Eggs Benedict
- 2 poached eggs on toasted sourdough bread with bacon or salmon, drizzled with Hollandaise sauce
French Toast
- French Toast served with either bacon & maple Syrup or fresh berries (seasonal) and Greek Yoghurt
Lighter Option (always available)
- One or two freshly laid free range eggs poached, scrambled, boiled or fried (with or without bacon)
Our dining room has stunning views of the Murchison mountains and our beautiful garden.
Alternatively, if you want to sleep late or have a very early start, you can have a special gourmet breakfast hamper delivered to your room the previous evening. These can be eaten in your room or packaged for you to take away.
